01. Scope of service

Tue Tran provides four main service lines:

• Custom software, website and mobile application development.
• Subscription access to the myHRM, myCRM, myPMS and myFNB platforms, billed monthly or yearly.
• Maintenance, upgrades and operation of delivered systems.
• Supporting services including corporate uniforms and sportswear.

Scope, timeline and quality commitments for each project are set out in the contract or its annexes. Where this page and the contract differ, the contract prevails.

02. User accounts

• Your company is responsible for the accounts issued to it, including how internal permissions are assigned.
• You must keep passwords confidential and notify us as soon as unusual access is detected.
• Accounts may not be shared with third parties beyond what the contract allows.
• Tue Tran may suspend an account when behaviour threatens system safety, and will notify your company afterwards.

03. Intellectual property

Source code, interface design, documentation, trade names and the Tue Tran identity are owned by Tue Tran Company Limited.

For subscription software, your company receives a right of use for the contract term. That right does not include copying, reverse engineering, modifying or redistributing the product.

For custom development, ownership of source code and delivered assets is defined in the contract. Business data always belongs to your company.

04. Payment and fees

• Fees are quoted per project or per subscription plan, stating the currency and value added tax.
• Development projects are paid by phase, with each phase accepted before the next begins.
• Subscription fees are paid in advance, monthly or yearly.
• An electronic invoice is issued within 07 days of payment being received.
• If payment is 15 days overdue, service may be suspended after prior notice.

Work beyond the agreed scope is quoted and confirmed in writing before it starts.

05. Limitation of liability

Tue Tran commits to stable operation and to handling incidents at the agreed support level, but does not guarantee absolutely uninterrupted service in all circumstances.

• We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect data entry or misconfigured permissions on your side.
• We are not liable for incidents caused by network infrastructure, end devices or third party services.
• We are not liable in cases of force majeure as defined by law.

Our total liability in any case does not exceed the service fees your company paid over the most recent 06 months.

06. Termination

• Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days notice.
• Tue Tran may terminate immediately on discovering unlawful use or infringement of intellectual property.
• On termination, your company is supported in exporting all data within 90 days.
• Fees paid for unused service periods are reconciled and refunded per the contract.

07. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.

Disputes are first addressed through negotiation between the parties. If no result is reached within 30 days, the matter goes to the competent court in Khanh Hoa province.

Tue Tran may update these terms as the service evolves. Updates are published on this page with an effective date, so please review them from time to time.
